what else can be done
other than to cry
tears running down my cheeks
as i watch the news and the horror in their faces.
children being carried into hospitals
lay still and eyes wide shut
bloody
some with bandages around their heads and bodies
there are no place for bystanders
all are panicking
all needs attention
doctors and medics are only but a handful
where are the rockets?
in mosques, in homes, on the street?
who are your targets?
civilians?children?
to you i call you a cowards
cowards who ends children life
how many of the 500 are hamas?
how many more civilians has to die?
an eye for an eye?
how many of your people can you afford to lose?
a nation is being attacked
and we go to the streets?
bombs, tanks, rockets
are being fired
Gazans living in fear
where are thy brothers?
what are WE doing?
what they are going through
only imagination can bring us there
is it only after the whole nation is wiped out
we then dare to say,
something should have been done to stop it!
