well, inasmuch as mase before kawin I've said everything negative about having to cook after marriage.. exhibit A : I shall marry a man who can cook, Ex. B: I shall marry a rich man so I can have maids for everything, Ex. C: i shall only cook maggi mee.. Ex. D: i shall not cook.. Ex: D: i shall eat at my mom's hse ALL THE TIME..

PAP, ALLAH kurniakan suami yang suka sangat isteri masak and say things like, "i nak makan masakan air tangan isteri"...waduh2!! Allah Maha Mengetahui..

seriously people, i am the epitome of spoilt!! i'm a spoil brat and my dad does the cooking and the cleaning...although now we have a maid who does the cleaning...i'd leave for work and when i'm back, my room has been tidied up by my dad....hihih.. (sidenote: he even irons my school clothes when i was in High School!! Oh my Lord, sasha lyna!!!)

ok..so the first time EVER i've had to wash a fish..fishes, squids and prawns was when we went for a trip back at hubby's grandparents' hse.. (before we got married).. and the day i actually cooked a whole meal was after i was married..

and you know what....one of the best things that you can hear is when your husband says, " I love your cooking" or " that was really awesome" :D

so mateys..... be careful what u wish for coz sometimes you'll get the opposite but as i said Allah knows best... i  super LOVE cooking for hubby :)

i felt happy for her n her family..i felt that i was sooo close..i saw the UMRAH as something that IS within my grasp....i know now of something that i never thought i could have or ever thought of having...it always felt that it was something that is distant...something that i will but not sure when i will grasp...

but i know now that it is possible..that whenever i wna go or want to be...that is the place i will go 1st...that there is a calling for me...that it is within my grasp...that it is possible..InsyaAllah.AMEEN.

how i celebrated my 27th on 27th of March 2010

this goes out to all my amazing frens out there! i know i am blessed with so many ppl who care n would go an extra mile just to put a smile on my face :) (maybe also because i've been pestering for a bday party since January..hahaha)

NOTE: don't get an honest, punctual bf to brg the bday gal to the surprise party :) syg, i love u...(u didnt spoil it lah, i love u more for being you!n i was seriously surprised!)

the day started with me having to go for a meeting at legal aid..met far, murnie, fadiah, farida n all at the meeting n far said she needs to got to low yat later in the evening to but laptop for her sis.. recommended my IT hero bf to help get a good n not so pricey one.. :)

agak excited sbb my bf janji nk surprise me for my bday..n super excited cz that means i can spend time with him n we could just hang out n talk n chill..something within those lines..

he didnt wna tell me where we're going..far n ayu tanye n day..i ws excited n said he was planning this for us to spend time together n he didnt wna tell me where we were going or wad we're gna do..ooo, mysterious..

ayu called n said she tgh jalan2 kt ipoh sorang n nk g mkn sushi sorang..n the only time she's free to cm back is on the 14th..2 months after her wedding..it meant tht i didnt meet my bff for 2 mnhts...that's waaaay tooo long!n i told -u- that i only cn meet ayu after 2 mnths..that sucked!

n after meeting up lk quite late..cz he said we were gna meet lk around petang..n then jmpe pon lk near 7..so i ws sorta restless cz no clue n idea wht was in his head n he didnt want to tell me ape2..(now i know i hate NOT being able to control things!)...

then after da pusing2, i serious NO idea where he was going...(he ws getting calls n didnt want me to hear..so i knda figured something was up..)n of all the places, he ajak to minum2 at pusat bandar damansara?...ok for one, we NEVER go there n 2, there's nothing there!hhrrmmm.....ok..this MUST BE A HUGE PLAN he has..

then far called n said she's going to low yatt n that was near 8pm..n -u- said low yatt nk tutup da time tu..so i said, y not go tmrw n we cud go with her..hhrrmmm...

then off we went n still pusing2..n then we went into duta vista..i was lk seriously?..ok..

then masuk parking..then the 1st thg i saw was far's car...hahahah...i ws like OK..this is the master plan!!i didnt say anyting..n he parked next to far's car (haaaiihh, comel sgt bf ku nie..)..then ade 4 wheel drive parked in front of us n i saw sarah kambali n hubby, shahril..then i burst out laughing..

he knew smthing was up so i said, 1stly, u parked sbelah far...n 2ndly, yg baru park tu is my fren n her hubby ;D

n sar didnt see us, he ws laughing n said, xpe..i can still act surprise..

then there was a white proton saga trying to park in front of us..once, twice...three time, xleh masuk..n he said, keta putih ni pulak...n i still ws blur..then i saw HER...my BFF..HERE...in K.L!!i love you!!n we honk her n she was irritated until she saw me n -U- laughing our heads off..

then there was another car...red myvi..nak jgak squeeze in the same carpark ayu cudnt get into..IT WAS MY CUZZIE..KAKAK!!pon tak nmpak i..n we honk her too..she was annoyed until she saw me!!hehehe..

n then the BLUE SAVVY--syad!..

all got out n screamed at -u-..y didnt u blindfold her..-u- ws like y korang lmbat in the 1st place...hahaha...lawak2!!

pastu plan nk turun same2 then they said y not korang tggu kt keta dulu..dtg lmbat sket..(i thot they wud tell far, the surprise da blown...NOPE, they didnt..pndai tol kwn2 aku..hahaha..

we went back to the car -u- apologised for ruining my surprise (n u didnt!!seriously!)

i cudnt STOP smiling!!

sgt2 happy that u all wnt thru the planning n the trouble to get n cook the food!!thank u!!n i am trully happy n honoured to have amazing people in my life!n sgt2 trharu with all the effort! i had a great time (except the fact tht the BF went futsalling n then came back!tp xpe,with cnsent da kan...) n saaayyaaaang korang sume k!

met a few friends a few days ago..it was haizura's 25th a few days ago n [post-sarcastic] sara's pre-bday makan2..

we met at Kunang-Kunang, its at the MRR2 hiway next to shell(used to be projet) station..nice place..

i thnk if we're NOT there, its a nice cozy place..but yesterday it seemed that we myt have spoilt some, i said some, people's dinner...hahaha..i dont think theres ever an occassion that we meet up n we're not noisy..hehehe..besides that has been our nature since skool..it'd be too late to change now...kan?


the food is quite ok..portion n price goes well..not to pricey..i thnk the pasta is ok, ns goreng tom ya, was delish..my tom yam mee hoon was huge n sedap..the calamari was nice and to top all that..gud company was there..

but yg plg interesting to me was the fact that it tho we all spent 5 yrs being in the same school, it all still boils down to..

"kau school one ke school 2 dulu?"...hahaha..da same highskool pon still assabiyah(nationalist, elitist, semangat yg mendalam trhadap sesuatu benda/kumpulan etc) towards our primary school..

SRK (P) BB had SRK (P) Bukit Bintang (1) and SRK (P) Bukit Bintang (2)..we had this system of morning session and afternoon session and in the middle of the year, we'd changed sessions..i don't know why the skool 1 people always think that they're cooler or better that school 2 coz FOR OBVIOUS REASON(like myself), u can see that school 2 RAWKS!!hehehe..

8 years after we graduated from highschool the issue of school 1 and school 2 is still a topic amongst us(mind u that after primary, both skool 1 n skool 2 will then be in one skool, BBGS highskool...)

it is WEIRD but it has been that way since before coz 2 of my elder sisters were bbgsians too and one graduated in 1987 and one in 1991, n yet now when they hang out, there will be one topic where they'll reminisce n ask each other, "kau skool 1 ker 2?"..hahaha..somethings never change..apart from cheerleading, choral-speaking, wash-our-own-toilets..this is one of our traditions jugak kot..

the hotel that we stayed was alhamdulillah 5 minutes walk to a mosque so food wasnt a problem but it was FAR from everythg else...
our day2day transportation..hahha..xde la..it was fun n sempit n CHEAP n cepat gile sampai destinasi yg telah menelan semua duit2 ku..

one piece of advice..never plan a back-to-back holiday esp when the second holiday involves lotsa shopping opportunities...dreading it now..a month ago i was in Kuching..then this month was Bangkok..WHOA...holiday overload!!

last time i was in bangkok was in 1999, almost a decade ago..it didnt really changed that much but things are more stabil now i guess...n there's loads more things to buy!!buy!!buy!!cheap!!cheap!!

no, seriously inasmuch as people say the contrary..i AM NOT A SHOPpaholic..i dun find the NEED to shop ALL the time!!i can say NO!i'm NOT getting there n i yawn wen im out shopping with other people!!yes, yawning...non-stop!!

but, i do find the need to buy thgs that i cant get when im not in k.l..i duno y but wen ure in ur hometown u can say no..probly coz u know when u need that something u know where to find it..hhrrmm sounds logical..

but the trip itself was great...we've been friends for ages n we've never travelled anywhere together!!so this is a MUCH AWAITED trip!!there were times when i wanted to strangle them for asking ME the PLAN gizzillion time!!but then all ended well..we finished all our money n now reality is slowly sinking in..hahaha...

for those who're not very particular bout budget vacay..bangkok is really great..the hotels are cheap..get the cheap flights from airasia..n for as low as rm600 ure good to go..(flight n accomodation la..) which means more money to go shopping crazy!!

with all the things that's happening to our nation, i think i need a peace of mind for awhile..wads hawt and happening is the fact that DAUGHTRY is making his way here!OMG, is there time for me to diet?hahaha..ok, as much as he is kinda HAWT, i loooove his songs n his voice..(sing to me babe!!)..so when i heard that sony ericsson is bringing him here i was more than willing to spend my buck to go to his concert!!i dunno y but i just felt that i really.really, really HAVE to go to his concert..ive made plans with twinnie to go to OU for their promo which is BTW goin on from 16-20 july..theyre gvg away tix if u buy their SE phone or if ure an owner of SE walkman phone, bring along ur warranty card n proof of purchase n u'll get tix as well!!woo-hoo...!!!come on come all!!
